Mauro Averasturi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Osmundo Rotalo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Seme Rosales hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Mauro Averasturi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Javilla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Averasturi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th match minute, Espejuelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Maiz to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Espejuelo's goal looked a bit too open when Aires Heraña came free, but Osmundo Rotalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Munozcano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Seme Rosales fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espejuelo's protests and gave Seme Rosales a yellow card for diving instead. Seme Rosales hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Mauro Averasturi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domenec Jayaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidencio Giumill in the 46th minute of play. Fidencio Giumill took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domenec Jayaga. Domenec Jayaga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Javilla FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Espejuelo were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bixintxo Alcaraz was the one to do the kick off. Bixintxo Alcaraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Domenec Jayaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenec Jayaga was a little too slow when Bixintxo Alcaraz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-3. If Mauro Averasturi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the game, Silbestre Albar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espejuelo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Javilla FC the free kick. Antonio Morros placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Fidencio Giumill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidencio Giumill couldn't finish the play. Fidencio Giumill who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Domenec Jayaga when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
