Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Reno Bacon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pijino's Isias Filare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Pijino from getting a goal against them. After 10 played minutes Oroque FC got a freekick which was hit by Mikelats Lasquibar. In the 12th minute, Reno Bacon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oroque FC's goalkeeper Xabat Adrales, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Oroque FC booed when Pijino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Koldo Lemus didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Oroque FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reno Bacon came free, but Xabat Adrales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Honorio Rendon fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oroque FC's protests and gave Honorio Rendon a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Oroque FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pijino:s goal. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Pijino. Faron Cerezuela stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Xabat Adrales. 1-1. Isias Filare made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Mikelats Lasquibar sent off a good shot on target. Eloi Cagigas charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eloi Cagigas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Oroque FC's Eloi Cagigas got a free kick in the 26th minute. Isias Filare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Llantaron, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Reno Bacon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reno Bacon in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xabat Adrales saved Oroque FC from getting behind. If Reno Bacon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isias Filare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Llantaron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Carmelo Llantaron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isias Filare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Carmelo Llantaron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oroque FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Llantaron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isias Filare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reno Bacon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Pijino's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 94 played minutes Pijino got a freekick which was hit by Bautista Tortoles. In the 95th minute, Calvino Berrondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pijino's goalkeeper Isias Filare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pijino walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
