Petri Bazan ran back to his position shaking his head. Marko Bañuelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Llantaron in the 16th minute of the match. If Mikelats Lasquibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmelo Llantaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oroque FC's Mikelats Lasquibar got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marko Bañuelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikelats Lasquibar in the 28th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, LosNinjasJotos's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Llantaron came free, but Marko Bañuelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikelats Lasquibar struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Marko Bañuelos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oroque FC. After 42 minutes, Carmelo Llantaron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oroque FC and the LosNinjasJotos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marko Bañuelos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santikurtz Estebanes was the one to do the kick off. If Carmelo Llantaron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LosNinjasJotos. Marko Bañuelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikelats Lasquibar in the 73rd minute of play. Marko Bañuelos made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Mikelats Lasquibar sent off a good shot on target. LosNinjasJotos's Marko Bañuelos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save LosNinjasJotos from getting a goal against them. Mikelats Lasquibar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Bañuelos having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikelats Lasquibar got free with Marko Bañuelos in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oroque FC played a much better game than LosNinjasJotos and deserved their victory. The LosNinjasJotos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
