The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in C.D Millonarios's zone, Ted Lemus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Villarin came out of the goal and Ted Lemus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timoteo Remiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gian-Carlo Masdeu having to make a save. SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol's Gian-Carlo Masdeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ximenes Paredes in the 8th minute of play. Gian-Carlo Masdeu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timoteo Remiro's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Ximenes Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gian-Carlo Masdeu having to interfere. Ximenes Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, C.D Millonarios's Leandro Villarin got control of the ball when Gaizkine Payueta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Ximenes Paredes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.D Millonarios fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gaizkine Payueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Leandro Villarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match, Ted Lemus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leandro Villarin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leandro Villarin was a little too slow when Ted Lemus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-1. After 38 minutes, Ricardo Rivero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.D Millonarios and the SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C.D Millonarios getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ricardo Rivero hit a great ball. If Ted Lemus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes, SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol's Presebal Beyzania shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leandro Villarin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol reached it. SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol's Gaizkine Payueta got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ted Lemus made the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Rivero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gian-Carlo Masdeu having to make a save. Gian-Carlo Masdeu was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Diagur Farell capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diagur Farell really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Gaizkine Payueta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Villarin having to make a save. Leandro Villarin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Lemus in the 62nd minute of play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.D Millonarios's goalkeeper Leandro Villarin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Ximenes Paredes took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Gian-Carlo Masdeu to make any attempt to save it. When Timoteo Remiro came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the C.D Millonarios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Remiro couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol's Clis Presa got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol! After 80 minutes, Marcelo Forcat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.D Millonarios and the SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. A hard shot 83 in the game by Timoteo Remiro from a close distance when the talented Gian-Carlo Masdeu managed to make a qualified save. SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol's players were relieved. Leandro Villarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Lemus, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Ted Lemus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.D Millonarios's Ricardo Rivero got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Ricardo Rivero off the ground. In the 90th minute, Ricardo Rivero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol's Gian-Carlo Masdeu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save SHIVA FC DeusDeFútbol from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Forcat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
