The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hegoi Agüera during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dominic Vitores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laffitte Valero having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dominic Vitores in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laffitte Valero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hegoi Agüera got free with Laffitte Valero in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Dante Almirall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Piendamo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dominic Vitores came free, but Laffitte Valero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Piendamo FC's goalkeeper Laffitte Valero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hegoi Agüera. With a little luck, Piendamo FC's Laffitte Valero got control of the ball when Hegoi Agüera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hegoi Agüeras short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Laffitte Valero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 45th minute, Hegoi Agüera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skarnales CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Dante Almirall blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferrando Abres having to make a save. Ferrando Abres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Almirall in the 58th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Skarnales CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Gallaiztegui to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Piendamo FC's Dante Almirall got a free kick in the 75th minute. Hegoi Agüera took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laffitte Valero. Laffitte Valero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ferrando Abres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Almirall in the 82nd minute of play. Laffitte Valero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegoi Agüera in the 88th minute of play. After 94 minutes, Dante Almirall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piendamo FC and the Skarnales CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Piendamo FC's Dante Almirall got a free kick in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominic Vitores in the 95th minute of play forced Piendamo FC's goalkeeper Laffitte Valero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Skarnales CF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
