Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Angel Arecha kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Elpidio Rendon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quimbaya FC's Fidencio Palianza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xarles Bacardi in the 4th minute of play. After 7 played minutes red´s got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Pedrueza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etxekopar Rosello in the 12th minute of play forced red´s's goalkeeper Christian Loinaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Quimbaya FC's Elpidio Rendon got a free kick in the 13th minute. Angel Arecha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. red´s's Christian Loinaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save red´s from getting a goal against them. A collision led to red´s getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Kismi Docanado hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernanco Mediavilla got free with Christian Loinaz in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Fernanco Mediavilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernanco Mediavilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Loinaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Etxekopar Rosello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Loinaz having to interfere. Fernanco Mediavilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Christian Loinaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernanco Mediavillas short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Christian Loinaz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Etxekopar Rosello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Loinaz was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Xarles Bacardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Fernanco Mediavilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rigoberto Pedrueza fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored red´s's protests and gave Rigoberto Pedrueza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, red´s's Rigoberto Pedrueza got a free kick in the 40th minute. Christian Loinaz made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Fernanco Mediavilla sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 42 minutes, Etxekopar Rosello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quimbaya FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etxekopar Rosello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, red´s's Oinatz Lombera got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Etxekopar Rosello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Etxekopar Rosello to make the kick off. red´s's Christian Loinaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etxekopar Rosello in the 53rd minute of play. After 77 minutes, Montrel Laincera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the red´s and the Quimbaya FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, one of red´s:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for red´s. Fernanco Mediavilla struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Christian Loinaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quimbaya FC. Elpidio Rendon got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of red´s booed when Quimbaya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Rendon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Loinaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernanco Mediavilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Etxekopar Rosello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quimbaya FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Etxekopar Rosello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Loinaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94th play minutes Fernanco Mediavilla shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Christian Loinaz and just under the crossbar into goal.
