The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sagrario Neli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Frantzes Castañiza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sagrario Neli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Suero Galiana kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Artur Montiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Planta FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Polentzi Meneses was slow to take the kick. During this time junior FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Polentzi Meneses got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Honorio Bocaran quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 18 minutes into the match, Planta FC's Xayvion Artechevezuen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frantzes Castañiza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rdth minute of the game Xayvion Artechevezuen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but junior FC's Frantzes Castañiza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xayvion Artechevezuen struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Frantzes Castañiza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Planta FC. Sagrario Neli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xayvion Artechevezuen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frantzes Castañiza having to interfere. Frantzes Castañiza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sagrario Neli in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xayvion Artechevezuen in the 41st minute of play forced junior FC's goalkeeper Frantzes Castañiza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xayvion Artechevezuen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frantzes Castañiza having to make a save. Xayvion Artechevezuen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Artur Montiel made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of junior FC booed when Planta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dodorol Robredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronaldo Huarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Honorio Bocaran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Huarte got free with Honorio Bocaran in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, junior FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sagrario Neli came free, but Frantzes Castañiza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Artur Montiel in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorio Bocaran saved Planta FC from getting behind. Frantzes Castañiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xayvion Artechevezuen in the 77th minute of the match. Lordi Urreta charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lordi Urreta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes junior FC got a freekick which was hit by Lordi Urreta. Frantzes Castañiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sagrario Neli in the 84th minute of the match. Frantzes Castañiza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xayvion Artechevezuen's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Planta FC's Xayvion Artechevezuen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frantzes Castañiza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Planta FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
