After a defensive mix-up in COSMOS's zone, Emesto Marote stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Arteaga came out of the goal and Emesto Marote tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 6 minutes, Benito Berlanga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COSMOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Berlanga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, Benito Berlanga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emesto Marote could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Godofredo Arteaga made a huge save. Andrea Falcon kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Cabuyos's Orlin Olalde shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 24th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Godofredo Arteaga but with some difficulty. Godofredo Arteaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelayo Aledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Pio Duque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabuyos's Ciceron Ladrada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ongile Goite kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelayo Aledo in the 32nd minute of play forced COSMOS's goalkeeper Godofredo Arteaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Ciceron Ladrada successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pio Duque in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Emesto Marote sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cabuyos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
