Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 0) Maipaha's Urbano Veguri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Victoro Tuñon fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chupamestepenco's protests and gave Victoro Tuñon a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chupamestepenco's Victoro Tuñon got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segio Iracheta in the 7th minute of play forced Maipaha's goalkeeper Salvidor Perramon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaan Hulk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salvidor Perramon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kaan Hulk sped through Maipaha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Salvidor Perramon. After a rather tough play, Maipaha's Dolfos Omaña got a free kick in the 24th minute. The audience was convinced that Kaan Hulk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Salvidor Perramon was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Domingo Romano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Veguri in the 28th minute of play. When Chupamestepenco's Kaan Hulk in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maipaha's goalie prevented a goal. Salvidor Perramon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaan Hulk in the 31st minute of play. Victoro Tuñon hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. A collision led to Chupamestepenco getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Anier Ruega hit a great ball. After the first half Chupamestepenco were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
In the 55th minute, Jhon Hulk fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Chupamestepenco's zone, Fernandez Huemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Romano came out of the goal and Fernandez Huemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Cervantez struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Salvidor Perramon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chupamestepenco. With a little luck, Maipaha's Salvidor Perramon got control of the ball when Kaan Hulk tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Kaan Hulk took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Salvidor Perramon to make any attempt to save it. When Tobias Gabilondo fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chupamestepenco's protests and gave Tobias Gabilondo a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Chupamestepenco got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Gabilondo. Chupamestepenco's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
