In the 25thth minute of the game Castulo Galaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but COSMOS's Godofredo Arteaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iztal Alcano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Raphael Cañaveral made a huge save. When Castulo Galaz came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Teamest FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Castulo Galaz couldn't finish the play. Godofredo Arteaga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Belmiro Gimenez went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 37th match minute, Teamest FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Castulo Galaz to maneuver through the defense. Raphael Cañaveral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Berlanga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Castulo Galaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Arteaga having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, COSMOS's goal looked a bit too open when Galindo Rubial came free, but Godofredo Arteaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Castulo Galaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godofredo Arteaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Galindo Rubial, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Galindo Rubial to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Castulo Galaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Godofredo Arteaga was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Iztal Alcano's late challenge caught a Teamest FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iztal Alcano helped the player get up and apologised. Iztal Alcano hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. COSMOS's Godofredo Arteaga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save COSMOS from getting a goal against them. The audience held their breath when Christovao Pipa in the 91st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Raphael Cañaveral's left hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Pio Duque managed to get in a good position for a shot. COSMOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Pio Duque was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphael Cañaveral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Teamest FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than COSMOS throughout the match.
