Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iban Casados took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Cortadera's Adolfo Enciso got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Elija Riesgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frantxizko Sarmanton in the 8th minute of play. A hard shot by Arano Armas from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Alex Illan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Eduino Benitua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Arindez kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cortadera's Eduino Benitua got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Iban Casados reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alex Illan. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 37th minute, Vesubio FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eduino Benitua fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Vesubio FC's zone, Eduino Benitua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Illan came out of the goal and Eduino Benitua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Ferrer Piega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Illan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iban Casados, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elija Riesgo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osorio Usabiaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Oriche Trancoso took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elija Riesgo. Elija Riesgo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Cortadera players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vesubio FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oriche Trancoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Eduino Benitua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vesubio FC's Alex Illan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iban Casados struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Alex Illan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cortadera. In the 59th minute, Eduino Benitua made a precise shot to the right of Alex Illan. Vesubio FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Iban Casados sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Vesubio FC's Txema Dios got a free kick in the 66th minute. Iban Casados received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Alex Illan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69thth minute of the game Eduino Benitua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vesubio FC's Alex Illan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iban Casados in the 71st minute of play forced Vesubio FC's goalkeeper Alex Illan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vesubio FC's zone, Iban Casados stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Illan came out of the goal and Iban Casados tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 78 played minutes Vesubio FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Urbino. In the 80th minute of the match Leopoldo Maluenda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Illan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Eduino Benitua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Illan. Vesubio FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduino Benitua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After 85 played minutes Vesubio FC got a freekick which was hit by Frantxizko Sarmanton. After 87 played minutes Cortadera got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Enciso. Alex Illan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduino Benitua in the 92nd minute of play. In the 97th minute, Leopoldo Maluenda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cortadera were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vesubio FC for a fine match.
