Eduino Benitua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Cortadera booed when C.A Serafina Rebirth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlan Moracia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Cortadera's Leopoldo Maluenda tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. C.A Serafina Rebirth's Panfilo Rabelo pulled a muscle in his leg after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caetano Corullon during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Caetano Corullon hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Eduino Benitua came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Cortadera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduino Benitua couldn't finish the play. In the 38thth minute of the game Alessandro Ludueña who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cortadera's Elija Riesgo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of C.A Serafina Rebirth booed when Cortadera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Maluenda didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Silbestre Oñez came out of the goal and Eduino Benitua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduino Benitua struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Silbestre Oñez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cortadera. In the 91st minute, Alessandro Ludueña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Alessandro Ludueña came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the C.A Serafina Rebirth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Ludueña couldn't finish the play. Cortadera's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
