Peli Carneiro had several of the MAKEMBA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 5 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Marcones Alseda as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to MAKEMBA getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jaen Astonzas hit a great ball. Urtun Aquejano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureo Collado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Carambinos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aureo Collado came free, but Urtun Aquejano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carambinos FC's Urtun Aquejano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureo Collado in the 16th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaen Astonzas during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of MAKEMBA booed when Carambinos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peli Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureo Collado in the 21st minute of play forced Carambinos FC's goalkeeper Urtun Aquejano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to MAKEMBA getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jaen Astonzas hit a great ball. Marcones Alseda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peli Carneiro in the 24th minute of play. Xamo Galindez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Urtun Aquejano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Peli Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carambinos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peli Carneiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcones Alseda stood somewhat misplaced when Peli Carneiro came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 33 minute. Eder Santillion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Frechoso Joara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Carambinos FC's Urtun Aquejano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Carambinos FC from getting a goal against them. Xamo Galindez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urtun Aquejano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Peli Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcones Alseda having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peli Carneiro in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcones Alseda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carambinos FC's Peli Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Xamo Galindez managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAKEMBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Xamo Galindez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urtun Aquejano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xamo Galindez took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urtun Aquejano. Urtun Aquejano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. When Frechoso Joara came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Carambinos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frechoso Joara couldn't finish the play.
