Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Montes Santiyan took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Adhariel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Medardo Buyolo to maneuver through the defense. Adhariel's Seber Galdamiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iban Casados in the 5th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Tomas Arindez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Seber Galdamiz. Adhariel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Arindez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Seber Galdamiz came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Cortadera's Eduino Benitua. But to his dismay, Eduino Benitua quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 15th minute, Telmo Guate got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Adhariel's goalkeeper Seber Galdamiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adhariel's Medardo Buyolo got his second yellow card of the match in the 19th minute. The referee ordered Medardo Buyolo off the ground. After 19 played minutes Adhariel got a freekick which was hit by Medardo Buyolo. Iban Casados took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Seber Galdamiz. Seber Galdamiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Seber Galdamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduino Benitua in the 23rd minute of play. Telmo Guate received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elija Riesgo came out and tried to block the shot, but Telmo Guate slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 26th minute. After 29 minutes of play, Adhariel's Berbiz Soba made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elija Riesgo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Arindez during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes Cortadera got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Arindez. Montes Santiyans short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Elija Riesgo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36th minute of the match, Montes Santiyan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elija Riesgo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Montes Santiyan in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elija Riesgo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chuan Careaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elija Riesgo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Montes Santiyan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elija Riesgo was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 41st match minute, Cortadera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Arindez to maneuver through the defense. Elija Riesgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Montes Santiyan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute Montes Santiyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elija Riesgo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Cortadera were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduino Benitua made a kick off. Elija Riesgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolfo Monteserin in the 51st minute of the match. When Ramos Colomo fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cortadera's protests and gave Ramos Colomo a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Cortadera got a freekick which was hit by Ramos Colomo. Adhariel's Angel Vozmediana was substituted for Montes Santiyan. A collision led to Cortadera getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ramos Colomo hit a great ball. Rudolfo Monteserin struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Elija Riesgo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adhariel. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Enciso got free with Seber Galdamiz in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eduino Benitua struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Seber Galdamiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cortadera. 72 minutes into the game, Adhariel's Berbiz Soba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elija Riesgo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Angel Vozmediana scored 5-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elija Riesgo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angel Vozmediana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Vozmediana in the 86th minute of play forced Cortadera's goalkeeper Elija Riesgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Angel Vozmediana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Adhariel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-3. Angel Vozmediana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elija Riesgo having to interfere. Adhariel were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cortadera for a fine match.
