When Urdaspal Maceira fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garrapato's protests and gave Urdaspal Maceira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Garrapato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urdaspal Maceira to maneuver through the defense. Bidun Adrian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Garrapato's Ximun Toro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaizkine Munguira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cuartio Amirola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gaizkine Munguira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xeromo Bascal's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Garrapato's Xerardo Durazno got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Cuartio Amirola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Xeromo Bascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaizkine Munguira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Cuello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaizkine Munguira having to make a save. Gaizkine Munguira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xeromo Bascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Garrapato had won after a very even match.
