Burutzagi Villamayor hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ursino Mina took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xepe Burcena. Xepe Burcena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Xepe Burcena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chan Arcaya in the 11th minute of play. Chan Arcaya took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xepe Burcena. Xepe Burcena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ursino Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xepe Burcena having to interfere. Xepe Burcena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chan Arcaya went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Chan Arcaya took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xepe Burcena. Xepe Burcena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Gonsalvo Dean managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Nacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonsalvo Dean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xepe Burcena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xepe Burcena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonsalvo Dean in the 24th minute of the match. Xepe Burcena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonsalvo Dean, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Angelina FC's Burutzagi Villamayor got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Gonsalvo Dean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angelina FC's Xepe Burcena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Angelina FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Meendez Cerdeiras hit a great ball. After 39th play minutes Chan Arcaya shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Xepe Burcena and just under the crossbar into goal. Chan Arcaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xepe Burcena having to interfere. In the 47th minute Chan Arcaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xepe Burcena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chan Arcaya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Club Atletico Nacional's Gonsalvo Dean got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chan Arcaya was extremely unlucky when he, in the 52nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 54th minute, Burutzagi Villamayor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonsalvo Dean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Xepe Burcena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chan Arcaya in the 56th minute of play forced Angelina FC's goalkeeper Xepe Burcena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Nicollao Detres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Angelina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Nacional the free kick. After 58 played minutes Angelina FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicollao Detres. The audience was convinced that Chan Arcaya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xepe Burcena was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. With his leg Xepe Burcena managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Club Atletico Nacional's Ursino Mina fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 68 in the game by Ursino Mina from a close distance when the talented Xepe Burcena managed to make a qualified save. Angelina FC's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Jaime Zamanillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xepe Burcena was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Angelina FC's Xepe Burcena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Angelina FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ursino Mina in the 77th minute of play forced Angelina FC's goalkeeper Xepe Burcena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Nacional's Gonsalvo Dean nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xepe Burcena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Ursino Mina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xepe Burcena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Angelina FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chan Arcaya was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atletico Nacional's players had a chance to rest. Chan Arcaya made a great header on Club Atletico Nacional's corner, it was just that Angelina FC's Xepe Burcena managed to reach the ball for a save. Americo Seca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ursino Mina scored 0-9 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xepe Burcena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Xepe Burcena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Zamanillo in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Chan Arcaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angelina FC's Xepe Burcena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th match minute, Angelina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burutzagi Villamayor to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Zamanillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club Atletico Nacional played a much better game than Angelina FC and deserved their victory. The Angelina FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
