Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, STIFFEN F.C.'s Guaberto Queiruga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frasquito Abin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bitxintxo Borras in the 5th minute of play forced América de cali's goalkeeper Frasquito Abin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Cris Oñez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Mendiko Euque was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Guaberto Queiruga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Montrell Salgueiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mendiko Euque having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, STIFFEN F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cris Oñez came free, but Mendiko Euque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Aceituno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Mendiko Euque managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when América de cali's Lucila Senties fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37th minute Bitxintxo Borras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frasquito Abin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bitxintxo Borras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 53 minutes of play, América de cali's Cris Oñez made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mendiko Euque was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orlando Cedro's late challenge caught a América de cali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Cedro helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes STIFFEN F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Cedro. In the 61st minute, Bitxintxo Borras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guaberto Queiruga struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Frasquito Abin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for STIFFEN F.C.. Montrell Salgueiro's late challenge caught a STIFFEN F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Montrell Salgueiro helped the player get up and apologised. Montrell Salgueiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mendiko Euque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of STIFFEN F.C. booed when América de cali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Recio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mendiko Euque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Montrell Salgueiro in the 76th minute of play. Orlando Cedro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Aquilino Recio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mendiko Euque. STIFFEN F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquilino Recio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Cris Oñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mendiko Euque having to interfere. Mendiko Euque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucila Senties in the 90th minute of play. América de cali were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of STIFFEN F.C. for a fine match.
