Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Batista Betancurt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zayvius Orol was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Archibaldo Pellicer. The crowd rose to their feet as Guatica FC's Haroldo Rallo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zayvius Orol. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. In the 18th minute, Guatica FC's Batista Betancurt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With a little luck, Nottingham Forest's Zayvius Orol got control of the ball when Archibaldo Pellicer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Florencio Sarricolea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elizardo Yurre was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Florencio Sarricolea took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elizardo Yurre. Elizardo Yurre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 34 minutes into the game, Rius Andibidria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Zayvius Orol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zayvius Orol was a little too slow when Haroldo Rallo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 5-1. With his leg Zayvius Orol managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Guatica FC's Rius Andibidria fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 41 minutes into the match, Nottingham Forest's goal looked a bit too open when Batista Betancurt came free, but Zayvius Orol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nottingham Forest's Zayvius Orol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batista Betancurt in the 42nd minute of play. In the 48th minute, Lauren Zumiza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Florencio Sarricolea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Sarricolea to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Florencio Sarricolea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nottingham Forest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Sarricolea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Nottingham Forest's Obano Lordaliego got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Batista Betancurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Nottingham Forest booed when Guatica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Archibaldo Pellicer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Sarricolea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Elizardo Yurre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Nottingham Forest booed when Guatica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Zahonero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Sarricolea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Elizardo Yurre when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Zayvius Orol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Archibaldo Pellicer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batista Betancurt in the 73rd minute of play forced Nottingham Forest's goalkeeper Zayvius Orol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Nottingham Forest getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Sergio Cañucar hit a great ball. Zayvius Orol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batista Betancurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zayvius Orol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batista Betancurt in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Rius Andibidria made a precise shot to the right of Zayvius Orol. Nottingham Forest's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Waldir Zahonero hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Florencio Sarricolea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Batista Betancurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zayvius Orol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nottingham Forest's Zayvius Orol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batista Betancurt in the 89th minute of play. Xerardo Begal made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Haroldo Rallo however managed to control. In the 95th match minute, Nottingham Forest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Cañucar to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guatica FC had played much better football throughout.
