In the 8th minute, Paulin Ubidea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fonda Bernaldo's late challenge caught a Cristales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fonda Bernaldo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, REAL COLEGIO FC's Fonda Bernaldo got a free kick in the 12th minute. Lamberto Entrala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Torsberg having to interfere. Erasto Moya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Matias Escorcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilen Errarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 25th match minute, REAL COLEGIO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulin Ubidea to maneuver through the defense. REAL COLEGIO FC's Gilen Errarte got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute Matias Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Torsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Paulin Ubidea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REAL COLEGIO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulin Ubidea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lamberto Entrala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. REAL COLEGIO FC's Matias Escorcia got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cristales's zone, Lamberto Entrala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarl Torsberg came out of the goal and Lamberto Entrala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jarl Torsberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lamberto Entrala in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, REAL COLEGIO FC's Matias Escorcia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jarl Torsberg. Jarl Torsberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilen Errarte was the one to do the kick off. Gilen Errarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lamberto Entrala struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Jarl Torsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REAL COLEGIO FC. Chinto Asas hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Jarl Torsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulin Ubidea in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulin Ubidea in the 64th minute of play forced Cristales's goalkeeper Jarl Torsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Gilen Errarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lamberto Entrala during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute of the match Oinaz Bonal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Inautzi Monterroso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Gilen Errarte put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jarl Torsberg. After some careless play in the Cristales defense, Matias Escorcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarl Torsberg. The Cristales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarl Torsberg should have stopped the shot. If Gilen Errarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilen Errarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jarl Torsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gilen Errarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Gilen Errarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REAL COLEGIO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilen Errarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. REAL COLEGIO FC fully deserved thier win.
