When Hitz Cadimo fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored USTA FC's protests and gave Hitz Cadimo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to USTA FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Hitz Cadimo hit a great ball. Jacinto Mulas scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaston Galli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andres Labarra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Dagoberto Buraga made a huge save. USTA FC's Gaston Galli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Mulas in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Milagros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Moxi to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Milagros's goal looked a bit too open when Ekaitz Novales came free, but Dagoberto Buraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Guillerme Perdices came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Milagros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillerme Perdices couldn't finish the play. Gaston Galli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricart Uranga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Montay Bettencourt took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaston Galli. Gaston Galli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Dagoberto Buraga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekaitz Novales in the 35th minute of play. When USTA FC's Andres Labarra, in the 37th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for USTA FC. Jacinto Mulas scored 0-3 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaston Galli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Milagros were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres Labarra to strike the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Milagros's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Labarra came free, but Dagoberto Buraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaston Galli didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Ekaitz Novales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagoberto Buraga having to interfere. Guillerme Perdices kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Milagros got a freekick which was hit by Rumaldo Cribell. 77 minutes into the match, USTA FC's Ekaitz Novales sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dagoberto Buraga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 82 minutes, Mitxaut Segurola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USTA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mitxaut Segurola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekaitz Novales in the 87th minute of play forced Milagros's goalkeeper Dagoberto Buraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Beltza Zumiza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaston Galli. USTA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beltza Zumiza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Gaston Galli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beltza Zumiza in the 94th minute. The Milagros supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Milagros would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
