The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Labarra got free with Jarl Torsberg in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andres Labarra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Jarl Torsberg made a huge save. The USTA FC fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when USTA FC's Andres Labarra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to USTA FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Donato Urroz hit a great ball. Donato Urroz kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Ruben Aparicio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Galli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aires Castrillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaston Galli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aires Castrillo in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Labarra in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarl Torsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 38 minutes, Andres Labarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USTA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Labarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aires Castrillo made a kick off. Jarl Torsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekaitz Novales, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Andres Labarra got free in front of the goal in the 58th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Jarl Torsberg was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Jarl Torsberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andres Labarra's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Cristales defense, Ekaitz Novales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarl Torsberg. The Cristales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarl Torsberg should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute, Andres Labarra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jarl Torsberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Jarl Torsberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres Labarra went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Roi Nadal hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Ekaitz Novales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 minutes, Andres Labarra made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cristales's Jarl Torsberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. USTA FC's Ekaitz Novales got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, USTA FC's Ekaitz Novales sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarl Torsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. USTA FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
