In the 13th minute, Xiao Muriedas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ekialde Pidrola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xacintu Vazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Errando Moraina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roger Jaen. Elo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Errando Moraina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Padro Soterraña hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Elo's Black Bear seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Black Bear the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Elo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Black Bear had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Elorri Govantes shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Errando Moraina in the 31st minute of play forced Elo's goalkeeper Roger Jaen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Goizeder Cernadas made a precise shot to the right of Roger Jaen. Elo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Elorri Govantes charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elorri Govantes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Villa FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Elorri Govantes hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Elo defense, Errando Moraina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Jaen. The Elo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Jaen should have stopped the shot. After 48 played minutes Villa FC got a freekick which was hit by Aimar Bermejo.

Elo's Roger Jaen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goizeder Cernadas in the 55th minute of play. Roger Jaen was a little too slow when Elorri Govantes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-4. 63 minutes into the match, Villa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xacintu Vazan came free, but Ekialde Pidrola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Jaen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goizeder Cernadas in the 65th minute of play. Errando Moraina's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roger Jaen firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 73rd minute, Villa FC's Elorri Govantes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roger Jaen. Roger Jaen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Elo's Roger Jaen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Elo from getting a goal against them. In the 87th play minute Goizeder Cernadas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Roger Jaen. 0-7. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Elorri Govantes took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Roger Jaen to make any attempt to save it. Villa FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
