Rene Crescencio scored 2-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xoan Gijon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rene Crescencio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xoan Gijon having to make a save. Xoan Gijon made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Rene Crescencio sent off a good shot on target. Bibiano Vilamajo got a throw-in 93 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Cordarrol Neila. Alianza Barranquilla FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
