Fortunato Cerejido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Valentino Ospina took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Urdin Lino to make any attempt to save it. In the 71st minute, C.D Escuela Mayor's Eleuterio Huercanos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Urdin Lino. Dantel Quindos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vachon Alarcon in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Abalos got free with Urdin Lino in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Urdin Lino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle sounded C.D Escuela Mayor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aniquiladores.
