The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 17 minutes into the game, one of Brand United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Esdras Llano's late challenge caught a Stark Inc FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esdras Llano helped the player get up and apologised. Esdras Llano hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. A hard shot 39 in the game by Haroldo Sardaneta from a close distance when the talented Patxi Carmona managed to make a qualified save. Brand United's players were relieved. Haroldo Sardaneta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Patxi Carmona made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, Brand United's goal looked a bit too open when Alpay Rüştü came free, but Patxi Carmona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
