In the 19th minute of the match Raul Carulla sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliu Casado skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Atlético's Eliu Casado got control of the ball when Natanael Talaga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amazonas's Leon Dytrych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aztore Irigoras in the 29th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Carulla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valentim Sastre hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Sotero Closa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliu Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavon Pinazas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliu Casado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Natanael Talaga went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. After 68 minutes of play, Amazonas's Natanael Talaga made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliu Casado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eliu Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Carulla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amazonas's attentive Sotero Closa managed to snatch the ball when Batista Sedano made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. Natanael Talaga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eliu Casado having to make a save. After some careless play in the Atlético defense, Natanael Talaga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliu Casado. The Atlético fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliu Casado should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd minute, Raul Carulla made a precise shot to the right of Eliu Casado. Atlético's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. In the 91st minute Natanael Talaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliu Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raul Carulla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Eliu Casado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Natanael Talaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliu Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Amazonas had played much better football throughout.
