Lomalinda's Osoro Cordoba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Lomalinda from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Hartz Monterros got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Los Paisitas's Hanot Balado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaitan Caliz in the 44th minute of play. In the 47th minute Ziad Rhanem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hanot Balado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Los Paisitas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lomalinda were winning 0-2.
