Knut Høie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Jiron in the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Jiron in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Knut Høie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the game, Fuego united's Antonio Jiron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Knut Høie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Knut Høie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rumaldo Treceño went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Fuego united's goalkeeper Baumar Cabuerniga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Arano. Lekubegi Lelerre hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Roman Scheupach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Baumar Cabuerniga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Rumaldo Treceño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Knut Høie. Parma F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rumaldo Treceño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The wind increased when Paulo Arano made the kick off in the second half. When Chorche Ceitegui fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Knut Høie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Jiron, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Papo Olaisola could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Knut Høie however easily saved by the left post. 69 minutes into the game, Papo Olaisola recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Knut Høie. Papo Olaisola showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. 73 minutes into the match, Parma F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Papo Olaisola came free, but Knut Høie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Parma F.C's Knut Høie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Jiron in the 76th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 89 minutes into the game, when Lekubegi Lelerre put in a rough tackle. In the 90th minute, Lekubegi Lelerre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iraitz Artache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baumar Cabuerniga having to make a save. The Parma F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fuego united were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
