Liher Urbistondo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Hever Pozos 12 minutes into the match. If Chale Marron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Atletico FC booed when Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clementi Carana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hever Pozos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liher Urbistondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eagles FC's Hever Pozos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Eagles FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Atletico FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Pepillo Erran hit a great ball. If Olando Frejon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chale Marron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hever Pozos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogerio Canto struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Hever Pozos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico FC. If Iratzeder Grimaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the game, Atletico FC's Liher Urbistondo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hever Pozos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.

Iratzeder Grimaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hever Pozos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iratzeder Grimaldo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 55th minute Liher Urbistondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hever Pozos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Iratzeder Grimaldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Gaspard Valenciaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Millano Hiriart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Maxin Martel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Millano Hiriart. That made the score 4-1 in the 63 minute of play. Liher Urbistondo scored 5-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hever Pozos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Rogerio Canto in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Eagles FC's Jorrin Majua. Olando Frejon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Hever Pozos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Eagles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olando Frejon came free, but Hever Pozos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rogerio Canto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hever Pozos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olando Frejon in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Eagles FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Marcones Leonor hit a great ball. In the 90th match minute, Eagles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gasteiz Burgos to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maxin Martel got free with Millano Hiriart in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There was no doubt that Atletico FC were the better team. Atletico FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
