Joao Zuazo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Banan Balle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GreenUnited's Sebastián Torrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Machado in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Orlondon Berzosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Banan Balle acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 16th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ovidiu Şerbănescu. The INTERNAUTAS FDC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Simeon Parks hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's Simeon Parks got a free kick in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Max Stevens to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, GreenUnited's Sebastián Torrico got control of the ball when Joel Gondian tried to sneak it across the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Vincente Olaisola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastián Torrico. Sebastián Torrico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Banan Balle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Chaniago in the 68th minute of play.
