But to his dismay, Jedrzej Kloczko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 25 minutes into the game, one of Atletico Nacional FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aurelio Lara walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 28th minute, Gaspar Alborza made a precise shot to the right of Felipe Varela. Atletico Nacional FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 37 minutes into the game, Gaspar Alborza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Felipe Varela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Gaspar Alborza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Varela. Atletico Nacional FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Alborza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustavo Del Prete was the one to do the kick off. Atletico Nacional FC's Gustavo Del Prete got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jedrzej Kloczko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Varela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Felipe Varela was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Pero Falla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Felipe Varela made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Jedrzej Kloczko sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute Pacorro Aguilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Jedrzej Kloczko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Varela. Felipe Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Atletico Nacional FC's Felipe Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pacorro Aguilar in the 78th minute of play. If Januário Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jedrzej Kloczko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Felipe Varela made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Noel Guerrero made a precise shot to the right of Felipe Varela. Atletico Nacional FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-12. Felipe Varela made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Jedrzej Kloczko sent off a good shot on target. 95 minutes into the match, Atletico Nacional FC's goalkeeper Felipe Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jedrzej Kloczko.
