An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Brack in the 13th minute of play forced San Marino Thm's goalkeeper Zilar Presedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Leeds United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olavo Eger came free, but Akakios Kakavitsas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olavo Eger took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Akakios Kakavitsas. Akakios Kakavitsas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 36 played minutes San Marino Thm got a freekick which was hit by Cuarto Charro. Zilar Presedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teobald Brack's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Akakios Kakavitsas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olavo Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. San Marino Thm were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Leeds United FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jader Duran took the corner. The audience was convinced that Teobald Brack's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zilar Presedo was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

In the 65th minute, Teobald Brack made a precise shot to the right of Zilar Presedo. San Marino Thm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Akakios Kakavitsas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jader Duran in the 72nd minute. After 74 minutes, Teobald Brack made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. San Marino Thm's Zilar Presedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Leeds United FC's goalkeeper Akakios Kakavitsas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jader Duran. The audience was convinced that Teobald Brack's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zilar Presedo was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. If Jhon Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Leeds United FC could leave the field as winners, despite San Marino Thm having more of the ball for most of the match.
