The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Ireno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santiago Fuentes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bruno Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 6 minutes into the match, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's goalkeeper Santiago Fuentes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Fonso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Leceta in the 8th minute of play forced Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Mero Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Ibiza's Mero Portero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Leceta in the 15th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Epifanio Leceta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mero Portero. Club Ibiza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Leceta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 38th minute, Club Ibiza's Bruno Fonso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santiago Fuentes. Santiago Fuentes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Matxin Curro got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Fonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Fuentes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Fonso ran back to his position shaking his head. Santiago Fuentes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Fonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute Epifanio Leceta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mero Portero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Epifanio Leceta fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Fonso in the 59th minute of play forced ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's goalkeeper Santiago Fuentes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Fonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elija Vergara kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Santiago Fuentes came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Ibiza's Kazuo Koriotto. But to his dismay, Kazuo Koriotto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Santiago Fuentes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazuo Koriotto in the 80th minute of play. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Waldemar Korytkowski was substituted for Matxin Curro. Club Ibiza were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Ireno took the corner. In the 85th minute, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Dionisio Quinito ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mero Portero. After taking down the ball on Club Ibiza's corner Mariano Ireno fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Santiago Fuentes quite easily take care of the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
