Gines Vergas's late challenge caught a LosChechecos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gines Vergas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute, Gines Vergas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Su Oliveros kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Zunbeltz Oromi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, LosChechecos's Zunbeltz Oromi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jax Griego in the 26th minute of play forced LosChechecos's goalkeeper Ospetsu Ahijado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Su Oliveros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the game, one of Capitan FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bembe Zarza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ospetsu Ahijado having to interfere. Jax Griego's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ospetsu Ahijado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jax Griego to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Zunbeltz Oromi sped through Capitan FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jorrin Gambo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jax Griego in the 56th minute of play forced LosChechecos's goalkeeper Ospetsu Ahijado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jax Griego recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Tulio Raireta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, LosChechecos's goal looked a bit too open when Jax Griego came free, but Ospetsu Ahijado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sansone Oquendo charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sansone Oquendo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Capitan FC booed when LosChechecos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sansone Oquendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Niguel Zamarripa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ospetsu Ahijado skillfully saved the ball. Zunbeltz Oromi struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Jorrin Gambo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LosChechecos. In the 86th minute Jonas Cuevas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorrin Gambo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Ospetsu Ahijado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. LosChechecos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
