The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Salvadore Pedronera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Txerran Barbero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th play minute Igor Bolide came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Laurgain Berenguer. 1-0. If Enetz Posiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Cotoperiz's goalkeeper Laurgain Berenguer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Bolide. 19 minutes into the match, SKINDARK F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Enetz Posiga came free, but Txerran Barbero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SKINDARK F.C.'s Txerran Barbero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Sabino in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, SKINDARK F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Enetz Posiga came free, but Txerran Barbero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SKINDARK F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Monte Rosio hit a great ball. In the 29th minute of the match Satordi Piedra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Txerran Barbero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Enetz Posiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demesio Imendia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Laurgain Berenguer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Demesio Imendia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Enetz Posiga made the kick off in the second half. SKINDARK F.C.'s Txerran Barbero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enetz Posiga in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Sabino in the 54th minute of play forced SKINDARK F.C.'s goalkeeper Txerran Barbero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enetz Posiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Txerran Barbero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Enetz Posiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Txerran Barbero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Sabino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Txerran Barbero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cotoperiz booed when SKINDARK F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Espelz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Enetz Posiga came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Cotoperiz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enetz Posiga couldn't finish the play. Igor Bolide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Igor Bolide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Cotoperiz's goal looked a bit too open when Demesio Imendia came free, but Laurgain Berenguer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
