After 26 minutes, Anibal Carrero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Athletic Villa F.C and the Caicarita FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anibal Carrero hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Rioja Balderrama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mergildo Ascargorta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Carolo Cimas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Cimas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honrio Ceballos in the 37th minute of the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Honrio Ceballos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caicarita FC's Carolo Cimas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Rioja Balderrama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honrio Ceballos made a kick off. After 64 minutes of play, Athletic Villa F.C's Rioja Balderrama made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carolo Cimas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute Honrio Ceballos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Cimas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 played minutes Athletic Villa F.C got a freekick which was hit by Honrio Ceballos. Anibal Carrero hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Lauren Lujo came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Xepe Zaldain could save by the left post. In the 88th minute, Rioja Balderrama ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carolo Cimas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Caicarita FC's Merexildo Fombona got a free kick in the 95th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Athletic Villa F.C were victorious despite being under pressure from Caicarita FC for much of the match.
