Limoncito FC's Cloyo Arbaiza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Limoncito FC from getting a goal against them. When Aresti Monzonis fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Limoncito FC's protests and gave Aresti Monzonis a yellow card for diving instead. Cloyo Arbaiza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fix Forcelledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pancho Rabin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Caton Ozaeta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Limoncito FC's goalkeeper Cloyo Arbaiza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Lomelin. Roger Lomelin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cloyo Arbaiza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Fix Forcelledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cloyo Arbaiza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fix Forcelledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cloyo Arbaiza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cloyo Arbaiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fix Forcelledo in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Limoncito FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fix Forcelledo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aresti Monzonis to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Ramirera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geofredo Ilarza to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Roger Lomelin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cloyo Arbaiza was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. If Pancho Rabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fix Forcelledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Roger Lomelin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramirera's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Lomelin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cloyo Arbaiza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cloyo Arbaiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fix Forcelledo in the 72nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ramirera defense, Pancho Rabin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caton Ozaeta. The Ramirera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caton Ozaeta should have stopped the shot. Iigo Zamorano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cloyo Arbaiza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Lomelin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fix Forcelledo struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Cloyo Arbaiza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ramirera. Cloyo Arbaiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Lomelin in the 92nd minute of the match. Cloyo Arbaiza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fix Forcelledo in the 93rd minute of play. The Limoncito FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Limoncito FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
