Nuno Alava breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Xalvador Santecilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. After 33 played minutes Paquarito FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Herran. Xalvador Santecilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuno Alava read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Amador Olañeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Concepcion having to interfere. Nuno Alava made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Marcelito Espinareda sent off a good shot on target. Nuno Alava took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xalvador Santecilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clodio Usategui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Concepcion having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xalvador Santecilla to make the kick off. Camilo Concepcion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Olañeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Camilo Concepcion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Olañeta in the 54th minute of play. Nuno Alava made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xalvador Santecilla in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xalvador Santecilla in the 57th minute of play forced Paquarito FC's goalkeeper Nuno Alava to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelito Espinareda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Alava having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, Florida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oriche Cavia to maneuver through the defense. Paquarito FC's Bernardo Herran couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Florida FC. 72 minutes in the game, Amador Olañeta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Camilo Concepcion having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Clodio Usategui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paquarito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Paquarito FC's Clodio Usategui slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Camilo Concepcion. That made the score 0-2 after 77 minutes of play. Clodio Usategui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boni Ariste kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Florida FC's goalkeeper Camilo Concepcion, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Florida FC's zone, Amador Olañeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Concepcion came out of the goal and Amador Olañeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amador Olañeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xalvador Santecilla in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuno Alava saved Paquarito FC from getting behind. Marcelito Espinareda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuno Alava read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Paquarito FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
