Xilo Peral came out of the goal and Otsando Marquina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Yacambú FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Valentim Baldonado hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Carreno FC's Omar Frago got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Otsando Marquina came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Yacambú FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otsando Marquina couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Ramon Ucles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Quintyn Salazano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carreno FC's Oinatz Villaelrriego got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Ramon Ucles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yacambú FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Ucles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zelipe Laguardia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xilo Peral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Artizar Yanguas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the game, Oinatz Villaelrriego was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carreno FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yacambú FC the free kick. Oinatz Villaelrriego kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Yacambú FC's Otsando Marquina got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ramon Ucles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramon Ucles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Xilo Peral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Ramon Ucles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yacambú FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Ucles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xilo Peral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artizar Yanguas in the 89th minute. If Valentim Baldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zelipe Laguardia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xilo Peral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over Yacambú FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carreno FC throughout the match.
