With 23 minutes on the clock, Urko Fernando commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 23rd minute, one of Ureve FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ureve FC. In the 25th minute of the game, Manonga FC got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. If Goito Renedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Ponc Arranz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Manonga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ponc Arranz came free, but Matthew Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonsalve Brau hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Matthew Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ponc Arranz in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Platon Rabe was the one to do the kick off. Desire Presedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matthew Hoyos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Desire Presedo ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the game, Manonga FC's Desire Presedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matthew Hoyos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Ureve FC booed when Manonga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Madeo Torrienta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ureve FC's Benat Muñana got a free kick in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Ponc Arranz could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Matthew Perez however easily saved by the left post. In the 72nd minute, Ponc Arranz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Desire Presedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ponc Arranz struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Matthew Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ureve FC. When Galindo Astola fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manonga FC's protests and gave Galindo Astola a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Manonga FC got a freekick which was hit by Galindo Astola. After a defensive mix-up in Manonga FC's zone, Benat Muñana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthew Perez came out of the goal and Benat Muñana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Desire Presedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Hoyos having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Manonga FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ponc Arranz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bartuelo Cerrajero might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matthew Perez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartuelo Cerrajero ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd match minute, Manonga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galindo Astola to maneuver through the defense. Ponc Arranz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthew Perez having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Manonga FC could leave the field as winners, despite Ureve FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
