The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cocuizal's Sugoi Aguinaga got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Olivar Mobellan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Cabañero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pabla Almiron in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martino Alacan got free with Naelio Landazuri in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Cocuizal's goal looked a bit too open when Son Fiorentino came free, but Naelio Landazuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel FC's Son Fiorentino got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martino Alacan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Naelio Landazuri having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Son Fiorentino to make the kick off. Naelio Landazuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Son Fiorentino, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 79 played minutes Pabla Almiron rounded Daniel FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 82nd minute, Son Fiorentino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cocuizal's zone, Son Fiorentino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naelio Landazuri came out of the goal and Son Fiorentino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naelio Landazuri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Son Fiorentino in the 92nd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Daniel FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
