In the 15th minute Jorge Mañaria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neron Dameda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neron Dameda stood somewhat misplaced when Jorge Mañaria came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 17 minute. Jorge Mañaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Neron Dameda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Cubadi F.C's goalkeeper Neron Dameda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Mañaria. After 29 played minutes Cubadi F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ekhi Salvia. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Eudoxio Gobantes sped through Cubadi F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Neron Dameda. 34 minutes into the match Jorge Mañaria climbed in front of goal and pressed up 4-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Neron Dameda. Neron Dameda was a little too slow when Eudoxio Gobantes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 5-0. Neron Dameda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eudoxio Gobantes in the 43rd minute of the match. Eudoxio Gobantes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Cabimas F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jorge Mañaria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when John Goyanes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Cubadi F.C defense, Jorge Mañaria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Neron Dameda. The Cubadi F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Neron Dameda should have stopped the shot. Jorge Mañaria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neron Dameda having to interfere. Cabimas F.C made a substitution. Vachon Borniquell replaced Aloisio Zalona. Ekhi Salvia kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Eudoxio Gobantes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Neron Dameda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Cubadi F.C's Andrea Falavarte got a free kick in the 66th minute. Eudoxio Gobantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neron Dameda having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Ekhi Salvia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eudoxio Gobantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cabimas F.C booed when Cubadi F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ekhi Salvia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Caravajal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrea Falavarte in the 87th minute. Neron Dameda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidensio Lagunas in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cabimas F.C fully deserved thier win.
