Urtsua Torneira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurgi Cuebas having to interfere. After having played for 65 minutes, Leoiar Camaño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copey FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leoiar Camaño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oto Mandojana might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelito Cajigal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oto Mandojana ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelito Cajigal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oto Mandojana in the 71st minute of the match. Peru Turrilla struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jurgi Cuebas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lapa. After 76 minutes of play, Copey FC's Leoiar Camaño made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelito Cajigal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Copey FC's zone, Urtsua Torneira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurgi Cuebas came out of the goal and Urtsua Torneira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Copey FC's Jurgi Cuebas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Copey FC from getting a goal against them. Marcelito Cajigal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oto Mandojana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Copey FC's zone, Satordi Aldama stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurgi Cuebas came out of the goal and Satordi Aldama tried to chip the ball over his head. Peru Turrilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Jurgi Cuebas made a huge save. Jurgi Cuebas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urtsua Torneira, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Copey FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
