The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leopoldo Justo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Toribio Cachero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benat Nadal, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. With his leg Toribio Cachero managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Palenque FC's Frans Olaeta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 7th minute, Silma FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Frans Olaeta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Benat Nadal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Silma FC's Toribio Cachero got control of the ball when Frans Olaeta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leopoldo Justo's late challenge caught a Palenque FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Justo helped the player get up and apologised. Toribio Cachero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benat Nadal, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Frans Olaeta could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Toribio Cachero however easily saved by the left post. Sanduru Fontecha kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Silma FC's Leopoldo Justo got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Frans Olaeta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Silma FC's goalkeeper Toribio Cachero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frans Olaeta. Toribio Cachero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sesuldo Godos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frans Olaeta struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Toribio Cachero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palenque FC. A collision led to Palenque FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Pueblo Meleon hit a great ball. Maties Viejo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateus Aneutes's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Azeari Flecha hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Palenque FC's Theodore Ursueguia tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Palenque FC's Maties Viejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateus Aneutes in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Mateus Aneutes made the kick off in the second half. Frans Olaeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toribio Cachero having to interfere. Toribio Cachero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benat Nadal, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Benat Nadal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palenque FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benat Nadal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toribio Cachero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frans Olaeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toribio Cachero having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Silma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahiano Perrote to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Benat Nadal notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Silma FC's Toribio Cachero. Toribio Cachero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute of the match Ronaldo Almiron sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Toribio Cachero skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Palenque FC's Pueblo Meleon got a free kick in the 69th minute. If Benat Nadal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Bahiano Perrote was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Silma FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palenque FC the free kick. The supporters of Palenque FC booed when Silma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bahiano Perrote didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Frans Olaeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toribio Cachero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 84 minutes into the match, Pueblo Meleon notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Silma FC's Toribio Cachero. Toribio Cachero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Toribio Cachero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benat Nadal in the 87th minute of play. Frans Olaeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Toribio Cachero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateus Aneutes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Palenque FC were the better team. Palenque FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
