Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Pregonero FC's Ramone Arango started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7thth minute of the game Anastasio Falceto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pregonero FC's Ermano Doñez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juaneizu Buendia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gauargi Euque in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Perojo saved Capaya from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Gauargi Euque's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niceto Perojo was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Etxepare Escobar's late challenge caught a Pregonero FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Etxepare Escobar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pregonero FC booed when Capaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxepare Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th match minute, Capaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Falceto to maneuver through the defense. After 28 played minutes Capaya got a freekick which was hit by Xizavier Acha. After a defensive mix-up in Pregonero FC's zone, Juaneizu Buendia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermano Doñez came out of the goal and Juaneizu Buendia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niceto Perojo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramone Arango in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Pregonero FC's goalkeeper Ermano Doñez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juaneizu Buendia. If Gauargi Euque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niceto Perojo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gauargi Euque in the 46th minute of play. After 49 minutes, Juaneizu Buendia made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pregonero FC's Ermano Doñez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a little luck, Capaya's Niceto Perojo got control of the ball when Gauargi Euque tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramone Arango struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Niceto Perojo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pregonero FC. Ramone Arango was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 68th minute Martin Ezcurra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermano Doñez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ramone Arango had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ermano Doñez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juaneizu Buendia in the 74th minute of the match. If Anastasio Falceto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes, Martinez Botejara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pregonero FC and the Capaya players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pregonero FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Martinez Botejara hit a great ball. Ramone Arango fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Perojo having to interfere. Capaya were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pregonero FC for a fine match.
