Seating: 1708, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Leoiar Polanco made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Setenta's zone, Leoiar Polanco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Lereira came out of the goal and Leoiar Polanco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Leoiar Polanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Nueva Chicago defense, Nafarroa Licardi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Pavieta. The Nueva Chicago fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Pavieta should have stopped the shot. Leoiar Polanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Diego Lereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Arzalaga during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Nueva Chicago booed when Setenta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Arzalaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Lereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leoiar Polanco in the 32nd minute of play. When Joam Valtierra fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nueva Chicago's protests and gave Joam Valtierra a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Setenta's Cordarin Herencia got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cordarin Herencia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cordarin Herencia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 59 minutes, Cordarin Herencia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Setenta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordarin Herencia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Nueva Chicago's Leoiar Polanco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Diego Lereira. That made the score 2-1 after 64 minutes of play. Setenta's Cordarin Herencia got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Americo Pavieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordarin Herencia in the 82nd minute of play. Nafarroa Licardi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Americo Pavieta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nafarroa Licardi in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Pavieta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cordarin Herencia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Pavieta having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Galsino Tipular during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damario Lopez got free with Diego Lereira in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the Setenta players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
