In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guaranaro FC's goalkeeper Paulin Feyto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xabier Novoa hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. If Xamo Sarasola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Guaranaro FC's Dimas Tejerina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vergaray Armendariz. Vergaray Armendariz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Gogo Naveira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulin Feyto. Guaranaro FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Xamo Sarasola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bodoque FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xamo Sarasola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Dimas Tejerina lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Vergaray Armendariz. 44 minutes into the match, Bodoque FC's Xamo Sarasola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulin Feyto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Xamo Sarasola might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulin Feyto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xamo Sarasola ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the match, Guaranaro FC's goalkeeper Paulin Feyto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enekoitz Descapa. Luke Negro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vergaray Armendariz having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xamo Sarasola got free with Paulin Feyto in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulin Feyto made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Pietro Fominaya sent off a good shot on target. Cordera Paramo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Paulin Feyto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bodoque FC. 68 minutes into the game, Xamo Sarasola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Guaranaro FC's Paulin Feyto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Guaranaro FC from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Luke Negro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Xamo Sarasola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Paulin Feyto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Xamo Sarasola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bodoque FC's Vergaray Armendariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luke Negro in the 90th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulin Feyto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Xamo Sarasola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bodoque FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Guaranaro FC had won, even though Bodoque FC had held more of the ball.
