Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Palmiro's Galindo Domaquia got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palmiro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Valerio Gavela, was totally fooled by Pachaquito's Paulino Valensuela, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Pachaquito's Paulino Valensuela got a free kick in the 18th minute. Honorio Vazquez took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mercurio Albasolo. Mercurio Albasolo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Palmiro's zone, Beliran Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valerio Gavela came out of the goal and Beliran Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mercurio Albasolo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Honorio Vazquez's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes of play, Palmiro's Honorio Vazquez made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mercurio Albasolo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valerio Gavela was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gonsalvo Villamandos. 43 minutes into the match, Pachaquito's goal looked a bit too open when Galindo Domaquia came free, but Mercurio Albasolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palmiro's Valerio Gavela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beliran Garcia in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th match minute, Pachaquito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Valensuela to maneuver through the defense.
When Marcelito Colombres came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Palmiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelito Colombres couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, Honorio Vazquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Galindo Domaquia in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mercurio Albasolo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Helder Reizabal came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Pachaquito fans jumped to their feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Beliran Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pachaquito's supporters rose to their feet, but Beliran Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valerio Gavela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honorio Vazquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 99 minutes into the game, Honorio Vazquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Mercurio Albasolo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Palmiro's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
