Urumaco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inguma Villagran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atarrabi Partearroyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baldomero Usabiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Eloi Villabona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloi Villabona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Usabiaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Tocoron FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gonzales Moran hit a great ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Inguma Villagran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tocoron FC's Atarrabi Partearroyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Inguma Villagran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atarrabi Partearroyo having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Lopez Foronda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atarrabi Partearroyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xulian Zubieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xulian Zubietas short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Eloi Villabona to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Atarrabi Partearroyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lopez Foronda in the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tocoron FC's Chuse Molina got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When Lopez Foronda came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Urumaco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lopez Foronda couldn't finish the play. Atarrabi Partearroyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inguma Villagran, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inguma Villagran to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Urumaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xulian Zubieta came free, but Eloi Villabona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tocoron FC's Xulian Zubieta got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62ndth minute of the game Baldomero Usabiaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Urumaco FC's Eloi Villabona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Usabiaga in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloi Villabona saved Urumaco FC from getting behind. Xulian Zubieta might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eloi Villabona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xulian Zubieta ran back to his position shaking his head. Lopez Foronda was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Urumaco FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tocoron FC:s goal. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Tocoron FC. Karlo Solo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eloi Villabona. 1-0. Xulian Zubieta might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eloi Villabona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xulian Zubieta ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute Xulian Zubieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloi Villabona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Landeribar's late challenge caught a Tocoron FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleuterio Landeribar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Urumaco FC's Eleuterio Landeribar got a free kick in the 81st minute. Urumaco FC's Eloi Villabona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xulian Zubieta in the 82nd minute of play. If Inguma Villagran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inguma Villagran in the 96th minute of play forced Tocoron FC's goalkeeper Atarrabi Partearroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tocoron FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Urumaco FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
