Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Suero Gamarra in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloi Villabona prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Uriel Giral kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Raebert Artigue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lopez Foronda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Cordero having to interfere. Mario Cordero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inguma Villagran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Raebert Artigue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloi Villabona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Suero Gamarra made the kick off in the second half. Mario Cordero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inguma Villagran, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Inko Entrena kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54thth minute of the game Inguma Villagran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CA Hispano Barquisimeto's Mario Cordero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
